The area is the square mile that is west of Van Buren, north of Garriott, east of Cleveland and south of Chestnut. The Waverley Historic District consists of only part of that area. (See map below.)
There are a few parks in the neighborhood - Lions Park and Monsees Park. Waverley is near the center of town - so it is near almost everything! Learn about the history and interesting facts about the Waverley Historic District. The light red area is the actual Waverley Historic District.
